Abstract

El presente proyecto de investigación es un insumo para generar ventajas competitivas a los empresarios del calzado y manufacturas, por medio de un modelo de gestión de información. En primer lugar, se realizó un análisis de las necesidades de los empresarios del sector, se continuo con monitoreo y vigilancia tecnológica, encontrando más de 100 instituciones a nivel global entre universidades, centros de desarrollo productivo, instituciones públicas y privadas, cuyo objetivo es proponer soluciones a las necesidades de los empresarios del calzado y manufacturas. Con las necesidades priorizadas por los empresarios y la información encontrada, se propuso un modelo de gestión para brindar información a los empresarios del sector de estudio.

The present research project is an input to generate competitive advantages to footwear and manufacturing entrepreneurs, through a model of information management. In the first place, an analysis of the needs of the entrepreneurs of the sector was carried out, monitoring and technological surveillance was continued, more than 100 institutions were found worldwide among the universities, product development centers, public and private institutions , whose objective is to propose Solutions to the needs of footwear and manufacturing entrepreneurs. With the needs prioritized by the entrepreneurs and the information found, a management model was proposed to provide information to entrepreneurs in the study sector.
