In the 21st century, climate change is already a reality on the planet. Before this, the human being must know how to handle this conjuncture, in such a way that if it is not adapted, it could be the end of the human species. The ruthless consumption of natural resources that has been presented in recent decades, has led to the extinction of flora and fauna in all parts of the earth without Colombia being the exception. The excessive felling of trees brings deforestation, desertification of the soil and impoverishment in the regions where it occurs. Given this panorama and with the obligation to society to generate development, this research wants to propose an alternative and innovative solution within the construction sector, where the commercialization is made for the installation of kitchen furniture, doors and closets within the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, is made with certified timber products with environmental seals that ensure proper management throughout its process. Such an environmental seal condition must go hand in hand with a study of commercial, technical and financial feasibility, in order to establish if the business idea is viable in the study area. In the end it will be established if the business model is viable and with the support of the tools of the CANVAS model, all the research and its results will be summarized graphically and didactically.

En el siglo XXI el cambio climático ya es una realidad en el planeta. Ante esto, el ser humano debe saber manejar esta coyuntura, de tal forma que si no se adapta, podrá ser el fin de la especie humana. El consumo despiadado de los recursos naturales que se ha venido presentando en las últimas décadas, ha llevado a la extinción de flora y fauna en todos los lugares de la tierra sin que Colombia sea la excepción. La tala desmedida de árboles trae consigo deforestación, desertificación del suelo y empobrecimiento en las regiones donde se da. Ante este panorama y con la obligación ante la sociedad de generar desarrollo, esta investigación quiere plantear una solución alterna e innovadora dentro del sector de la construcción, donde la comercialización que se haga para la instalación de los muebles de cocina, puertas y closets dentro del área metropolitana de Bucaramanga, se haga con productos maderables certificados con sellos ambientales que garanticen el manejo adecuado durante todo su proceso. Tal condición de sello ambiental, debe ir de la mano con un estudio de viabilidad comercial, técnico y financiero, con el fin de establecer si la idea de negocio es viable en la zona de estudio. Al final se establecerá si el modelo de negocio es viable y con apoyo de las herramientas del modelo CANVAS, se resumirá en forma gráfica y didáctica toda la investigación y sus resultados.
