El contrato de prestación de Servicios, tema que dentro del ámbito jurídico colombiano ha generado grandes debates y polémica, pues si bien es cierto esta modalidad es reconocida y avalada por la Ley para contratar, ha ocasionado múltiples desigualdades en materia laboral, por no brindar las garantías a los trabajadores que por ley les corresponde, este tema ha dado bastante de que hablar sobre todo dentro de las Entidades Públicas y privadas, teniendo en cuenta que ellas son las que se han visto mejor beneficiadas con dicha modalidad de contratación al querer ocultar una relación laboral que evidentemente afecta a los trabajadores Colombianos, por lo que en el presente artículo lograremos exponer y dejar en evidencia una realidad que ha marcado nuestro país y en el que el mismo legislador ha tenido que tomar las riendas para limitar dicha contratación pues lo que se conoce como un contrato de prestación de servicios es realmente un contrato laboral.
