Densificacion de suelos granulares con explosivos

Abstract

This work is based on the use of explosives to compact (3) types of granular soils, which make up a land that is used in the use of indugel and anfo explosives. The percentage of compaction of each of these 3 granular soils is used, The depth of the trajectory and the amount of the load applied in each hole, after carrying out the 5 tests and the pilot test, is limited to granular soils with less than 20% silt and less than 5% clay. Explosive charges will be used in small and spaced between 3 and 7.5 meters and with repetitive explosions. The system of operation consists of producing the license of the soils in a hemispherical volume to maintain, around each explosion point and in this way, generate The School of Military Engineers, the National Center of Explosives and Mines, the Mars Group of the National Army and the support of the soldiers of the Colombian Army. Measurements of soil density will be taken, before, during and after the tests carried out.
