Este trabajo sobre la ley 1116 de 2006 o ley de restructuración se realizará con el fin de dar cumplimiento con la reglamentación de la institución y las normas que rigen en Colombia y culminar mis asignaturas de forma que pueda acceder al Título de Contadora Publica. El proceso de reorganización o “Ley 1116 de 2006”, pretende a través de un acuerdo, mantener la empresa viable para poder normalizar sus operaciones comerciales y crediticias, mediante su reestructuración operacional, administrativa de sus activos y sus pasivos.
This work on the law 1116 of 2006 or law of restructuring will be carried out in order to comply with the regulations of the institution and the rules that govern in Colombia and complete my subjects so that I can access the Title of Public Accountant. The reorganization process or "Law 1116 of 2006", intends through an agreement, to keep the company viable in order to normalize its commercial and credit operations, through its operational, administrative restructuring of its assets and liabilities.
