La estabilidad laboral reforzada, es un principio que deriva de la constitución de 1991 y el cual ha tenido su desarrollo y construcción a través de los pronunciamientos de la Corte Constitucional Colombiana, por ello este trabajo de investigación se centrara en unificar conceptos, para determinar cuál es el trato que la jurisprudencia ha dado a la aplicación de este en principio en los empleados de libre nombramiento y remoción dentro de la administración pública.
Enhanced job security is a principle stemming from the 1991 constitution and which has had its development and construction through the rulings of the Constitutional Court of Colombia, so this research will focus on unifying concepts, to determine it is the treatment that the Court has given to the application of the in principle employees appointment and removal within the public administration.
