Sermaye piyasasında etik

Abstract

Bu çalışmada finansal piyasalarda ve özellikle sermaye piyasasında etik kavramının anlamı ve önemi açıklanmıştır. Daha sonra, finans yöneticilerinin etik konusuna yaklaşımının önemi, sermaye piyasasında etik dışı davranışların (spekülasyon, manipülasyon, insider trading) sonuçları bazı örneklerle anlatılmıştır.
