Prof. Dr. Naci ŞAH NThis dessetation Armenian revolt and activities in Şebinkarahisar-Giresun and theirregions observe in the year of 1915. Armenian activities run to the summit in the years of1914-1915. Şebinkarahisar Armenian revolt which is prepared in the long time, to staged inthe year of 1915; the reason and the first clues of the revolt aprovece in order to the historicalevolutions in this study. In this years Armenian activities have seen in the region, not onlyŞebinkarahisar and Giresun. This events don?t prevent in the first years of First World Warand Armenian Migration Statute publish in the year of 1915. In the result of this study, at hasbeen registered that the Armenian revolt in Şebinkarahisar and the other Armenian activitiesare planned very earlier on, and also this is determind by the true justifications of themigration decision.

Doç. Dr. Naci ŞAH NBu çalışmada, Şebinkarahisar-Giresun ve çevresindeki Ermeni isyan ve faaliyetleriincelenmiştir. Çevredeki Ermeni olayları, 1914-1915 yıllarında zirveye çıkmıştır. Uzunsüredir hazırlıkları yapılan Şebinkarahisar Ermeni isyanı 1915 yılında sahnelenmiş; isyanınçıkmasına neden olan faktörler, isyanın ilk işareti kabul edilen olaylar çalışmada elealınmıştır. Bu yıllarda sadece Şebinkarahisar ve Giresun'da değil, çevre şehirlerde de Ermenifaaliyetleri görülmüştür. I. Dünya Savaşı'nın ilk yıllarındaki bu olaylar önlenememiş ve 1915yılında Ermeni Tehcir Kanunu çıkarılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda Şebinkarahisar'da çıkanErmeni isyanının ve diğer Ermeni faaliyetlerinin aslında çok önceden planlandığı ve çıkarılantehcir kararının haklı gerekçelere dayandığı görülmüştür.
