In this study, SWOT analysis has been used in kilim manufacturingindustries arround Usak and Esme. The general characteristics of these industries,with regard to management, manufacturing, finance, account, marketing andothers have been examined. According to the findings obtained from the fieldstudy, the strong points, weak points, opportunities, and threats of kilimmanufacturing industries located in and arround Usak and Esme have beenattempted to be established.

Bu çalışmada Uşak ve Eşme'deki kilim işletmelerine stratejik yönetimkapsamında SWOT analizi tekniği uygulanmıştır. şletmelerin genel yapısaldurumu; yönetim, üretim, finans, muhasebe, pazarlama ve diğerleri şeklindeortaya konulmuştur. Çalışmanın alan araştırmasında elde edilen bulgulara dayalıolarak; Uşak ve Eşme yöresindeki kilim işletmelerinin güçlü yönleri, zayıfyönleri, fırsatları ve tehditleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.
