Subklinik hipotiroidide tiroid replasman tedavisinin arteryel sertlik üzerine etkisi

Abstract

Amaç: Aterosklerozun erken dönemlerinde olduğu gibi, subklinik hipotiroidide de arteryel sertlik artmıştır. Biz, subklinik hipotiroidide, tiroit replasman tedavisinin, arteryel sertliği azaltıp azaltmadığını araştırmak istedik. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya, yeni subklinik hipotiroidi tanılı (yaş ortalaması 39.34±9.6 yıl), 34ü kadın toplam 41 hasta alındı. Micro Medical Pulse Trace 6.000 Module cihazı ile hastaların bazal Puls Wave Velosite (PWV), Stiffness İndeksi (Sİ) ve Refleksiyon İndeksi (Rİ) değerleri elde edildi. Tiroid replasman tedavisi ile ötiroidinin sağlanmasını izleyen 6. ayda, PWV, Sİ ve Rİ ölçümleri tekrarlandı. Bulgular: Tedavi öncesi ve sonrasında elde edilen veriler karşılaştırıldığında, tiroit replasman tedavisi sonrası, Sİ ve PWVde istatistik- sel olarak anlamlı azalmalar tespit edildi (p<0,001). Rİde ise anlamlı değişiklik olmadı (p= 0,261). Sonuç: Subklinik hipotiroidi, tiroit replasman tedavisi ile başarılı bir şekilde tedavi edilirse, uzun dönemde arteryel sertlikte azalma oluşmaktadır.
