Abstract

Bu çalışma, Ağustos 2002 ve Temmuz 2003 tarihleri arasında Eber Gölünde yaşayan Turna balıkları (Esox lucius)'nda Argulus foliaceus enfestasyonunun belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla 195 turna balığı, fanyalı ağ ve pinter yardımıyla yakalanmıştır. Toplanan örneklerin deri, yüzgeç, solungaç ve ağız boşluğu büyüteç ve stero mikroskop ile incelenmiştir. İncelenen örneklerin solungaçlarında 1 (0.5%), pektoral ve anal yüzgeçlerinde 4 (2.0%), dorsal ve kuyruk yüzgecinde ise 2 (1.0%) olmak üzere toplam 13 adet Argulus foliaceus parazitine rastlanmıştır. Ayrıca, enfestasyon yaygınlığı ile ortalama, minimum ve maksimum enfestasyon yoğunluğu, mevsimlere ve balık boy gruplarına göre değerlendirilmiştir.
