Asimetrik Bilgi Bağlamında Ekonomive Fizik Bilimi İlişkisi

Abstract

Asimetrik bilgi, piyasa ekonomisinin başarısız olmasının nedenlerindendir. İlk kez Akerlof tarafından ifade edilen asimetrik bilgi, risk ve belirsizlik nedeniyle sigorta ve kredi piyasaların işleyişini bozmaktadır. Fizik biliminin birçok bilim dalıyla ilişkisi bulunmaktadır. Fizik ile ekonomi ilişkisinin incelendiği alan ekonofizik olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, kuantum fiziğiyle asimetrik bilginin ortak noktası olan belirsizlik, ekonofizik yaklaşımıyla incelenmektedir. Kuantum fiziğinin ekonomi ve asimetrik bilgiyle ilgili ilke ve varsayımları incelenmiştir. Kuantum fiziği ve asimetrik bilgideki belirsizlik, sigorta sektörü örneğiyle ele alınmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre kuantum fiziğinde ele alınan ve doğada da varolan belirsizliğin, piyasa ekonomisinde alıcı ve satıcı arasında mevcut olan belirsizlikle benzer özellikler taşıdığı iddia edilebilir.
