Abstract

Bu çalışmada, deneysel moda analiz kullanılarak iş parçası üzerindeki titreşim ölçülmüştür. Titreşim ölçümünde frekansa bağlı grafikler elde edilmiştir. Bu grafikler, frekans cevap fonksiyonu (FRF) diye isimlendirilmiştir. Grafikler kullanılarak Rezonans frekansları, sönüm oranları ve mod şekilleri elde edilmiştir.İki tip iş parçası kullanılmıştır. Birincisi daire kesitli, ikincisi prizmatik kesitlidir. İş parçalarının frekans grafiklerinin aynı olmadığı görülmüştür. Çatlak oluşturulmuş parçanın rezonans frekans değerleri diğerinden küçük aynı zamanda genlik değeri de düşüktür.Tasarımda önemli görülen parçaların frekansları, sönüm oranları nümerik olarak da hesaplanmıştır.

In this study, the vibration on the work piece is measured with the experimental modal analysis. Frequency dependent graphs were obtained from measurements of vibration. This graphs are called (FRF) response frekans function. Resonans frequencies, damping ratio, and mode shapes were obtained.Two work piece types are used. First one is diametrical, the second one is quadrical. Each type is one normal and one cracked. The frekans graphs of the work piece wasn?t the same. Resonans frequencies of cracked parts are smaller and at the same time magnitude values are low too.Frequency , damping ratios of important parts on desing are also calculated numerical.
