Abstract

Son yıllarda interferometrik yapay açıklı radar tekniği, yeryüzünde meydana gelen deformasyonların incelenmesinde yeni bir araç olarak kullanılmaktadır. Üretebildiği yüksek kaliteli topografya bilgisi ile deformasyon belirlenmesinde jeodezi bilimine yeni bir yön getiren bu teknik, geri dönen sinyallerin gecikmelerini kullanarak sinyal işleme tekniğiyle bunları yüksek çözünürlüklü görüntülere dönüştürmektedir. Aynı zamanda, diğer yöntemlerden farklı olarak geniş bir çalışma alanı sağlamakta ve çok hassas sonuçlar vermektedir. Bu nedenle de yerbilimi araştırmacıları, söz konusu bu tekniği basta yer kabuğu deformasyonu çalışmaları olmak üzere diğer alanlarda da uygulamaktadırlar.Bu bilgiler ışığında bu hazırlanan tez çalışmasında Afyonkarahisar'a ait Bolvadin ilçesinin şehir merkezi için zeminde meydana gelen zamana bağlı yükseklik değişimlerinin InSAR yöntemiyle incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, interferometrik yapay açıklıklı radar tekniği meydana gelen yerkabuğu hareketlerinin incelenmesi için kullanılmış ve bunun için de TerraSAR-X uydusuna ait radar görüntülerinden Temmuz 2016'dan Temmuz 2018'a kadar olan dönemi kapsayan 17 görüntü kullanılmıştır. Oluşturulan interferogramlar iki yıllık süreçte gözlenen konum değişikliklerinin, radar bakış yönünde yaklaşık 12.5 milimetreye ulaşan yerkabuğu hareketlerini ortaya çıkardığı tespit edilmiştir.

In recent years, interferometric synthetic aperture radar technique has been used as a new tool for investigating deformation that occurs in earth surface. This technique which brings an original direction for geodesy by producing high quality topography information uses delays of the return signals and transforms them into high resolution images by signal processing techniques. At the same time, unlike other methods, this technique provides a wide workspace and provides with a sensitivity of centimeters. Thus Earth science researchers use this technique in studies of surface skin and the other fields.In life of foregoing, investigating of time bound height changes which happen in the ground for Bolvadin Konya with InSAR method was aimed in this study. To implement this aim we used interferometric synthetic aperture radar technique for investigation of crust movements and for this purpose we used 17 images which was selected in TerraSAR-X radar images that include the period from July 2016 to July 2018. Although this interferograms involve delays of signal that result from low coherence and atmosphere, we ascertained that the changes of position observed reveal crust movements, which reach approximately 12.5 millimeters, in direction of radar view in a two years period.
