Dr. Belkıs ÖZKARA This dissertation aims to put forth the opportunities and threats in Turkey's food retailing sector and to delineate a profile of competitive strategies which are necessary for companies to keep living in global competance of this sector. Dr. Bellas ÖZKARA Çalışmada, Türkiye'de gıda perakendeciliği sektöründeki fırsat ve tehditler ışığında sektördeki firmalarımızın küresel rekabette hayatta kalabilmeleri için gerekli olan rekabet stratejileri ortaya konmuştur. Özellikle sektördeki bir gıda perakendecisinde yapılan çalışmalarda müşteri ilişkileri yönetiminin önemini somut bir şekilde destekleyen sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.
