Abstract

YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZ ÖZETİ PALETLİ kompresör rotorunun SONLU ELEMANLAR METODU İLE GERİLME ANALİZİ Recep ÖZGÜR Makine Mühendisliği Anabilim Dalı Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Şubat 2005 Danışman: Doç.Dr. Süleyman TAŞGETİREN Basınçlı hava üretimi, termodinamik, gaz dinamiği, mekanik, kumanda tekniği, ergonomi gibi birçok bilim dallarını içeren ve sürekli gelişen bir teknolojidir. Kompresörler işletmelerde kullanım yerine ve amacına göre çok çeşitlilik gösteren basınçlı hava kaynaklarıdır. Bu çalışmada küresel grafitli dökme demirden imal edilmiş paletli kompresör rotorunun sonlu elemanlar metodu ile gerilme analizi incelenmiştir. Paletli tip kompresöre ait rotor, tam yükte dönerken bazı rotorların palet araları ve gövdesi üzerinde bir süre sonra deformasyonlar oluşmaktadır. Bu deformasyonlar zamanla büyüyerek akuple kompresör düzenine zarar vermektedir. Çalışmada mevcut rotor üzerinde dizayn ve malzeme değerlendirmesi yapılarak ANSYS yazılımı ile gerçekleştirilen gerilme analizlerinin incelenmesi yapılmıştır. ABSTRACT STRESS ANALYSIS OF COMPRESSOR ROTOR BY FINITE ELEMENT METHOD Recep ÖZGÜR Department of Mechanical Engineering Afyon Kocatepe University, Institute of Science February 2005 Advisor: Doç.Dr Süleyman TAŞGETİREN Production of compressed air is a continously improving tecnology which consists of termodynamics, gas dynamics, mechanics, control techniques and ergonomics. Compressors are sources of compressed air and they show a wide variety according to application field. In this study stress analysis of rotary vane compressor rotor made of grey cast iron is done using finite elements method. While the rotor of rotary vane compressor is rotating under maximum load some deformations form on the body and cause malfunctioning. Desing and materials evaluations are made and stress analysis obtained using ANSYS software are examined for rotary vane compressor rotor. Key Words : Vane Compressor, Rotor, Stress Analysis, Finite Elements Method.
