Άτλαντας ιστολογίας του λαβρακιού (Dicentrarchus labrax)

Abstract

Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία εστιάζεται στη μελέτη και περιγραφή της ιστολογικής δομής στο λαβράκι (Dicentrarchus labrax). Για το σκοπό αυτό εξετάστηκαν με το οπτικό μικροσκόπιο και φωτογραφήθηκαν ιστολογικές τομές και κυτταρολογικά επιχρίσματα-εντυπώματα, τα οποία προήλθαν από την νεκροτομή 5 ψαριών, βάρους 25 γραμμαρίων το καθένα και 5 ψαριών, βάρους 300-350 γραμμαρίων το καθένα. Η μελέτη της ιστολογικής δομής του λαβρακιού (Dicentrarchus labrax) έγινε σε σύγκριση με τη γνωστή ιστολογική δομή άλλων ειδών τελεόστεων ιχθύων.
