Until today, the date Turkey has been the scene of many migratory movements. Especially since its foundation, it has been subjected to intensive migration movements both internationally and nationally. Turkey is now a country that not only the field of migration and, at the same time to make a transition of citizens who want to emigrate to another country `transit country` has come into. The civil war that began in Syria in March 2011 brought about a humanitarian migration crisis affecting the whole world. Turkey has been seriously affected by this wave of immigration that had never encountered before. Number four million people who host these refugees in Turkey have found a variety of applications across offhand way migration crisis management initiatives on migration still continues.The main purpose of this study is to investigate the status of the activities of the NGOs that constitute a buffer between Syrian refugees and the state within the framework of migration. In this study, the relationship between the actors involved in the process in a holistic sense is tried to be explained in which points CSOs have been missing for nearly 9 years and what has been achieved in the asylum crisis. In this study, the role of the NGOs in asylum seeker experience and their effects on the asylum seeker experience were tried to be explained by using interview and observation technique (asylum seeker-state and NGO relations) within the framework of the interviews conducted over the province of Denizli.KEY WORDS: Syrian Refugee, Social Admission and Integration, Migration Policy, Non-Governmental Organization

Türkiye tarihten günümüze kadar birçok göç hareketlerine sahne olmuştur. Özellikle kuruluşundan günümüze hem uluslararası hem de ulusal anlamda yoğun göç hareketlerine maruz kalmıştır. Türkiye artık sadece göç veren ve alan bir ülke değil, aynı zamanda başka ülkelere göç etmek isteyen vatandaşların geçiş yapabileceği bir `göç geçiş ülkesi` haline de gelmiştir. Mart 2011 yılında Suriye'de başlayan iç savaş bütün dünyayı etkileyen bir insani göç krizini beraberinde getirmiştir. Türkiye daha önce hiç karşılaşmadığı bu göç dalgasından ciddi şekilde etkilenmiştir. Sayıları dört milyona yakın bu sığınmacıya ev sahipliği yapan Türkiye hazırlıksız bir şekilde göç krizi karşısında çeşitli uygulamalarda bulunmuş, göç yönetimi konusundaki girişimleri de halen devam etmektedir.Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, göç çerçevesinde ele alınan Suriyeli sığınmacılar ile devlet arasında tampon bir görev oluşturan STK'ların toplumsal kabul ve uyum sürecindeki faaliyet durumlarına yönelik incelemede bulunmaktır. Bu çalışmada, STK'ların yaklaşık olarak 9 yıla yakın sürede hangi noktalarda eksiklik yaşadığı, sığınmacı krizinde nelerin başarıldığına bütünsel anlamda süreç içerisinde yer alan aktörler arasındaki ilişkiler bütünü çerçevesinde yaklaşılmıştır.Çalışmada Denizli ili üzerinden sahada yapılan görüşmeler çerçevesinde mülakat ve gözlem tekniği kullanılarak (sığınmacı- devlet ve STK ilişkileri üzerinden) STK'ların sığınmacı tecrübesindeki rolü ve sürece etkileri açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.ANAHTAR SÖZCÜKLER: Suriyeli Sığınmacı, Toplumsal Kabul ve Uyum, Göç Politikası, Sivil Toplum Kuruluşu
