Abstract

Bu çalışma, bal arısı (Apis mellifera L.) ve bombus arısı (Bombus terrestris L.) ile polinasyonun kolzada (Brassica napus L.oleifera) tane verimi, verim komponentleri ve kalitesi üzerine etkileri'nin saptanması amacıyla yapılmış olup, 2016-2017 üretim yılında ETAE (Ege Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü) deneme tarlasında yürütülmüştür. Araştırma materyali olarak ETAE `Ege Bölgesi Kolza Araştırmaları Projesi` kapsamında geliştirilmiş bulunan bir çeşit adayı ETAE-K-23.1 kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada; parsel verimi, çiçeklenme gün sayısı, fizyolojik olum gün sayısı, bitki boyu, yan dal sayısı, bitkide harnup sayısı, harnupta tane sayısı, 1000 tane ağırlığı (g), yağ oranı (%), protein oranı (%), yağ asitleri (oleik, linoleik, linolenik, palmitik, stearik ve erusik asit) oranı ve glikozinolat miktarı (µmol/g) incelenmiştir. Çalışmamızda bal arısı ve bombus arısı ile polinasyonun; kolzanın verimini (%25,1 - %72,2 oranında), harnupta tane sayısını, bin tane ağırlığını ve yağ oranını artırdığı belirlenmiştir.Anahtar sözcükler: Kolza, Brassica napus L.oleifera, bal arısı, Apis mellifera L., bombus arısı, Bombus terrestris L., polinasyon, verim, verim komponentleri.

This study was carried out in the AARI (Aegean Agıcultural Research Instıtute) trial field in 2016-2017 to determine the effects of pollination by honey bee (Apis mellifera L.) and bumble bee (Bombus terrestris L.) on rapeseed (Brassica napus L.oleifera) yield, yield components and quality. ETAE-K-23.1, a candidate rapeseed variety was used as the research material. In the study; parcel yield (kg), number of flowering days, number of physiological maturity days, plant height (cm), number of branches, number of pods/plant, number of seed/pod, 1000 seed weight (g), fat ratio, protein ratio, ratio of fatty acids (oleic, linoleic, linolenic, palmitic, stearic and erucic acid) and amount of glycosinolate (µmol/g) has been examined. In our study, it was determined that the pollination with honey bees and bombus bees increased the rapeseed yield by 25.1% - 72.2%, the number of seed/pod, the 1000 seed weight (g), oil percentage, and oil yield.Keywords: Rapeseed, Brassica napus L.oleifera, honey bee, Apis mellifera L., bumble bee, Bombus terrestris L, pollination, yield, yield components.
