Dispersione scolastica: approccio didattico sperimentale nelle scuole secondarie

Abstract

Il presente studio esplora l’efficacia di un protocollo didattico innovativo finalizzato alla prevenzione della dispersione scolastica tra studenti delle scuole secondarie di secondo grado, con particolare attenzione a quelli inseriti in contesti socioeconomici svantaggiati. L’intervento si articola attorno a un modello educativo integrato e multidimensionale, che combina laboratori, attività sportive cooperative e un sistema strutturato di supporto personalizzato, basato sul tutoring individualizzato e il counselling scolastico. La ricerca, condotta attraverso un disegno sperimentale con metodologia mista (quantitativa e qualitativa), ha coinvolto un campione di 100 studenti appartenenti alle prime e seconde classi di un liceo situato in un’area ad alta vulnerabilità educativa. L’analisi dei dati ha evidenziato risultati significativi sul piano dell’autostima, della motivazione intrinseca, della partecipazione scolastica e del rendimento nelle discipline fondamentali (italiano e matematica).
