Il lavoro indaga se e come i processi di change management favoriscano lo sviluppo di un “pensiero integrato” creando le condizioni fondamentali per l’implementazione dell’integrated report. Utilizzando l’Old Institutional Economics come framework teorico, si esamina il caso di Zètema Progetto Cultura, partecipata al 100% da Roma Capitale. I risultati evidenziano come l’avvio di un processo di change management possa effettivamente rappresentare un potente stimolo a riesaminare in chiave critica impostazioni consolidate, favorendo i processi di responsabilizzazione interna del management e agevolando la diffusione dell’integrated thinking.
