Sviluppare un sistema connettivo materiale e immateriale

Abstract

Questo paper mostra come è possibile costruire strategie di crescita e sostenibilità nella Terra d'Otranto attraverso un processo di empowerment e di comunicazione generativa. Partendo da questo presupposto, obiettivo del gruppo di lavoro che, nell’ambito del masterplan Terra d’Otranto dell’Università del Salento, si è occupato del sistema connettivo, è quello di ripensare la Terra d’Otranto come ecosistema comunicativo, potenziando quest’area regionale non tanto come spazio geografico, quanto come ambiente di connessione e condivisione che mette insieme uomini, azioni, beni, saperi e luoghi, creando il contesto che vogliamo. L'adozione del modello a quintupla elica, che integra Università, industria, governo, società civile e ambiente, fornisce una struttura metodologica per raggiungere questo obiettivo attraverso l’ascolto continuo e la connessione sinergica.
