Abstract

Il contributo propone una riflessione che si interroga sulla funzione della costituzione nella società complessa. Attraverso una decostruzione di concetti giuridici della tradizione vetero-europea, l'autore si sofferma a descrivere la struttura del decidere del Giudice costituzionale come complesso trattamento del rischio.
