Il contributo intende offrire un’analisi approfondita della disciplina uniforme prevista dalla "Convenzione delle Nazioni Unite sui contratti per il trasporto internazionale di merci in tutto o in parte per mare" (Regole di Rotterdam) specie in relazione alle tematiche dei "Rights of the controlling party" e del "Transfer of rights". In particolare l’approfondimento ha ad oggetto l’analisi dei seguenti temi scanditi nei paragrafi del contributo: 1. Introduction; 2. The content of the right of control; 3.
