Compatibilita’ di Ampelomyces quisqualis con fungicidi antiperonosporici, antioidici e antibotritici

Abstract

Sono state condotte prove di compatibilità in vitro dell’antagonista fungino Ampelomyces quisqualis M-10, contenuto nel biofungicida AQ 10, nei confronti di formulati di fungicidi di sintesi e del biofungicida Bacillus subtilis (Serenade Max), valutandone l’effetto sull’accrescimento micelico in piastra con la tecnica del dischetto di carta da filtro. I risultati hanno evidenziano livelli variabili di compatibilità del microrganismo con i vari prodotti. A quisqualis è risultato altamente compatibile con Cantus (boscalid 50%), Elicio (fenamidone 4,4% + fosetyl Al 66,7%), Forum 50 WP (dimethomorph 50%), Mildicut (cyazofamid 2,03%), Ohayo (fluazinam 39,5%), Prosper 300 CS (spiroxamine 30,9%) e con il biofungicida Serenade Max. Una compatibilità inferiore è stata osservata per Melody Compact (iprovalicarb 4,2% + rame ossicloruro 20,3%), Delan 70 WG (dithianon 70%) e Syllit 355 SC (dodine 35%) anche se, per i primi due in particolare essa risulta di scarsa importanza nella pratica agricola.
