Abstract

La voce enciclopedica ricostruisce la fattispecie di reato di Epidemia, prevista nel codice penale italiano nel titolo VI del libro II, tra i reati di comune pericolo mediante violenza, analizzando i profili più strettamente dogmatici insieme a quelli applicativi. Mette in evidenza le criticità della previsione normativa, inadeguata per molti aspetti rispetto alle esigenze attuali di politica ciminale con uno sguardo alle questioni sorte negli ultimi anni caratterizzati dalla pandemia dovuta alla diffusione del virus Sars Cov- 2.
