Tecniche performative arcaiche nella poesia contemporanea

Abstract

Da alcuni indizi sembra di poter dire che l’orizzonte formalistico e citazionista della poesia postnovecentesca stia fatalmente esaurendosi in una prevedibile implosione. Nell’articolata dimensione arcipelagica di quella che ho recentemente teorizzato come verosimile “World Poetry”, un elemento essenziale è rappresentato da un apparente “ritorno” a strategie espressivo narrative che ritroviamo da un lato nelle più antiche attestazioni scritte delle letterature mondiali, e dall’altro nella continuità ininterrotta degli etnotesti orali. Questo riaffioramento non va confuso con una forma di sperimentazione o come traccia finale di una fagocitante propensione verso l’intertestualità. In un periodo in cui la parola poetica ha l’occasione di rivitalizzare la propria funzione originaria di svelamento e de-sclerotizzazione delle nostre percezioni attraverso la narrazione, il fenomeno in questione ha al contrario l’aspetto di una nuova mitopoiesi, lontana dai ripiegamenti autoreferenziali tipici delle culture post-medievali. In questo intervento, facendo sporadicamente riferimento ad altri autori intendo indicare alcune esplorazioni possibili nella direzione dei Performance Studies a partire dalle esperienze di scrittura degli ultimi anni.
