Abstract

Questo capitolo riporta le evidenze empiriche prodotte dalla ricerca sul campo riferita al progetto PRIN "L’applicazione dei principi contabili internazionali ai bilanci delle imprese e le conseguenze sulla valutazione della capacità di credito alla luce di Basilea 2". Nell'ambito di questo capitolo a due mani, Bartolini M. ha curato le seguenti parti (pp. 144-177 e pp. 208-212): par. 6.2. L’effetto dell’applicazione degli IAS/IFRS sulla performance economico-finanziaria delle imprese del gruppo Expandi; par. 6.2.1. Le fasi della ricerca; par. 6.2.2. e 6.2.3. I risultati dell’analisi sui bilanci consolidati e sui bilanci individuali; par. 6.2.4. Osservazioni conclusive sul gruppo Expandi; par. 6.3. Principi contabili internazionali e Basilea 2 nella prospettiva delle PMI: i risultati di un’indagine (par. 6.3.1. Obiettivi dell’indagine, par. 6.3.2. Aspetti metodologici, par. 6.3.2.1.
