Abstract

Il compito tecnico dell’ invenzione Laureti-Parmegiani è quello di migliorare lo stato della tecnica nel settore del congelamento e crioconservazione di cellule e tessuti. Nell’ambito di tale compito tecnico, costituisce uno scopo dell’ invenzione mettere a punto un dispositivo che consenta di utilizzare la tecnica della vitrificazione mediante immersione diretta in azoto liquido anche per la crioconservazione di cellule staminali derivate da tessuto adiposo. Un altro scopo della presente invenzione è realizzare un dispositivo per il congelamento di tessuto e cellule di utilizzo affidabile e sicuro particolarmente, ma non esclusivamente, dal punto di vista dell’eliminazione di rischi da contaminazione o perdita dei materiale, e dal punto di vista della sicurezza degli operatori. Ancora uno scopo della presente invenzione è rendere disponibile un dispositivo perfezionato e specificamente messo a punto per l’ottimale vitirificazione di cellule e tessuti.
