Abstract

Si analizzano i dati di un questionario relativo all’insegnamento di Pedagogia Speciale somministrato alla fine del corso di Tirocinio Formativo attivo, nell’anno accademico 2014-2015. Il questionario compilato da 314 corsisti su 332 ha voluto rilevare le percezioni di competenza da parte dei docenti in formazione mediante domande riferentesi all’operatività in classe. Emerge un quadro molto rassicurante che ci spinge ad ipotizzare che le competenze che gli insegnanti hanno dichiarato di possedere potrebbero sostenere adeguatamente i loro interventi in/con le classi. Dobbiamo, però, immaginare che il bagaglio di competenze che gli insegnanti hanno acquisito e/o rinforzato nell’ambito del percorso formativo seguito, non si esprimeranno in contesti scolastici puri e grezzi, ma, piuttosto, in realtà già definite attraverso scelte organizzative, educative, didattiche adottate collegialmente da altri docenti o strutturate da singoli insegnanti con i quali i nuovi assunti dovranno interagire. Molto dipenderà, quindi, da queste relazioni e dalla motivazione del gruppo docenti a collaborare per, eventualmente, modificare e migliorare il contesto.
