Abstract

Catalogo della mostra "ANDREA BENETTI. VR60768 anthropomorphic figure", tenutasi presso il Complesso di Vicolo Valdina a Roma, sede espositiva della Camera dei Deputati, dal 16 al 29 aprile 2015. In mostra ventidue opere dell'artista e le copie di due pietre rupestri ritrovate nella grotta di Fumane (Verona) dipinte 40.000 anni fa e primo esempio di raffigurazione umana. Oltre alle opere piuttoriche è stata presentata in anteprima l'opera di videoarte realizzata da Basmati film in collaborazione con Andrea Benetti. In catalogo i testi dei due curatori, Silvia Grandi e Marco Peresani, e quelli di Andrea Benetti, Matteo Romandini e Giuseppe Virelli. L'esposizione è stata promossa dalla Camera dei Deputati, dal Dipartimento delle Arti dell'Università di Bologna, dal Dipartimento di Studi umanistici dell'Università di Ferrara, dall'Associazione culturale IAP Italian Art Promotion e dall'Andrea Benetti Aechives Fundation. Con il Patrocinio del Ministero dei beni e delle attività culturali e del turismo, dalla Regione Veneto- Parco naturale regionale Lessinia e dal Comune di Fumane.
