Con la presente ricerca, di durata biennale, è stata verificata l’efficacia dell’1-MCP sulla maturazione delle susine Fortune e Angeleno, dopo conservazione in Refrigerazione Normale (RN) a 0°C e successivo periodo di “shelf-life” a 20°C. Inoltre è stato valutato l’effetto dell’1-MCP sul RSR, sullo sviluppo dei marciumi, causati da M. laxa e sul disfacimento interno dei frutti.
