Abstract

Nel volume si tratteggiano gli orientamenti degli organi europei, Commissione, Parlamento e Corte di Giustiza, in merito alle professioni intellettuali. In particolare si raffrontano le ultime riforme operate dal nostro legislatore sul tema della liberalizzazione delle professioni e gli orientamenti europei sottolineando come ben poco di tali riforme derivino effettivamente dall'Europa.
