Abstract

Presentazione del workshop: linee di ricerca per il Construction Management Il tema della gestione del processo edilizio, sia a livello di concezione e progettazione che a livello operativo di gestione del processo costruttivo, è di centrale importanza per un settore industriale come quello delle costruzioni che è chiamato a dare il proprio importante contributo in questo difficile momento di crisi economica. In cooperazione con il gruppo di ricerca “Construction Production” del Tampere University of Technology finlandese sono state individuate cinque linee di ricerca inerenti i metodi e gli strumenti di Construction Management. Le linee di ricerca: 1) construction management: metodi e strumenti per la gestione della costruzione 2) impatto ambientale dei cantieri di costruzione 3) gestione della sicurezza in cantiere 4) la gestione del contratto di appalto e dell’approvvigionamento 5) il management dei processi realizzativi di grandi opere Il workshop internazionale “Construction Management” (17-18 October 2013) è stato promosso dalla Scuola di Ingegneria e Architettura, presso il Campus di Ravenna, dell'Università di Bologna, con il contributo del Dipartimento di Architettura con sede a Cesena, della Fondazione Flaminia di Ravenna e della Scuola Superiore di studi sulla città e il territorio con sede a Ravenna. Workshop presentation: research guidelines for Construction Management Nowadays the European economic system challenges the construction sector to take part to industrial recovery of western countries. In co-operation with the Construction Production research group of the Tampere University of Technology, five major lines of research about construction management tools and methods were detected. Research guidelines: 1) Construction management: tools and methods to manage construction projects 2) environmental impact of construction projects 3) construction management and safety 4) project procurement 5) construction management for major public works & complex projects ACKNOWLEDGMENT The “Construction Management” workshop (17-18 October 2013) has been developed at the School of Engineering and Architecture at Ravenna Campus, University of Bologna, with the support of the Department of Architecture in Cesena, of the Fondazione Flaminia in Ravenna and of the Scuola Superiore di studi sulla città e il territorio in Ravenna
