Pesco e melo: la convenienza del bio

Abstract

Un’analisi dei costi e della redditività in alcune aziende frutticole romagnole e trentine. Scopo del lavoro era quello di valutare e comparare i costi di produzione e la redditività relativi alla produzione in tecnica integrata e in tecnica biologica di alcune specie frutticole di particolare interesse per il nostro Paese. In particolare, si sono prese in considerazione la produzione del pesco in provincia di Forlì-Cesena e quella del melo in Trentino-Alto Adige e, con l’ausilio di esperti delle singole realtà locali esaminate, sono stati raccolti tutti gli elementi tecnici ed economici utili alla stesura dei costi di produzione. Per il calcolo dei costi di produzione delle colture in esame ci si è riferiti alle tecniche di produzione che nelle zone considerate rientrano nell’ordinarietà e sono stati individuati tre diversi aggregati economici.
