Abstract

Il progetto per l’area di Ronco costituisce una parte integrante della configurazione più generale di fo-ce città lineare. L’idea generale del progetto presuppone un atteggiamento teorico e critico finalizzato all’ideazione di un nuovo assetto urbano la cui validità risiede principalmente nel presentarsi come parte riconoscibile di un piano di sviluppo e di rigenerazione urbana, formalmente individuabile qual è appunto la città lineare fo-ce. L’intervento si attesta sulla via Emilia nei pressi del piccolo centro urbano situato in prossimità del ponte che oltrepassa il fiume Ronco. Si tratta di un’ampia area i cui limiti sono ben definiti dalla via Emilia a sud-ovest e dal tracciato della linea ferroviaria a nord-est per una distanza di 800 metri, corrispondenti alla fascia di riferimento di espansione urbana della città lineare. A nord-ovest il progetto individua i suoi limiti in rapporto alle aree di espansione residenziale della città di Forlì, mentre a sud-est i limiti dell’intervento si confrontano con le aree edificate adiacenti al piccolo centro urbano di Ronco.
