Si fa una breve storia della poesia in dialetto romagnolo del secondo dopoguerra, dimostrando il ruolo fondativo che Tonino Guerra ha avuto. Si stabiliscono collegamenti tra la poesa di Guerra e la tradizione romagnola preesistente, indicando però gli aspetti di novità e di rottura in Guerra.
