Abstract

Il lavoro affronta il tema dei servizi pubblici sotto il profilo della successione mortis causa. In particolare si analizzano le questioni inerenti alla gestione del servizio e quelle legate alla successione del provvedimento autorizzatorio che di volta in volta viene in considerazione.Nello specifico si esaminano il servizio farmaceutico, quello della distribuzione automatica di carburante per autotrazione, il servizio di trasporto di persone mediante autoservizi pubblici non di linea ed il settore del commercio.
