Abstract

Il libro è rivolto a professionisti che utilizzano strumenti di intelligenza artificiale e che devono costruire o presidiare sistemi di compliance e di risk management: giuristi, accademici, compliance officer, risk manager e consulenti impegnati nel governo del rischio algoritmico. A partire dal confronto tra il Regolamento europeo sull’AI e altre normative, e tramite l’analisi dei principali standard tecnici internazionali (tra cui NIST e ISO), il volume propone un insieme integrato di regole volto a definire un benchmark di “affidabilità” degli algoritmi. Questo approccio mira da un lato a tutelare i diritti fondamentali della persona, dall’altro a permettere alle imprese di sfruttare la trasformazione digitale senza che la regolazione diventi un ostacolo all’innovazione, valorizzando meccanismi di co‐regolazione, presidi interni di controllo e adeguamenti di corporate governance coerenti con le specifiche esigenze aziendali
