Abstract

Questo contributo ricostruisce le dinamiche del reclutamento universitario nelle materie romanistiche (Istituzioni, Diritto romano, Storia del diritto romano) nell’Italia repubblicana dal 1945 al 1979. Attraverso l’incrocio tra i dati del Bollettino della Pubblica Istruzione e fonti archivistiche, l’analisi segue tre livelli: le sedi di bando, la composizione e le pratiche delle commissioni, profili dei candidati e rappresentanza di genere.
