Abstract

Particolarmente complesso è il rapporto con la sofferenza dei figli. La difficoltà a spezzare il silenzio sugli aspetti emotivi nei contesti scolastici o familiari porta a ignorare o subire le manifestazioni della vita interiore, anzichè potenziare questa dimensione per farne un'opportunità di crescita. L'utilizzo del cinema nei contesti educativi potrebbe pertanto rivelarsi strumento indispensabile e formativo. Il capitolo, corredato di schede filmiche, è dedicato alla tonalità emotiva del dolore della quale sono indicate le diverse sfumature di intensità. Le caratteristiche sono descritte attraverso esemplificazioni, indicazioni pedagogiche e pratiche operative tratte da diverse esperienze di ricerca. La selezione dei film ha privilegiato i più recenti e reperibili o quelli che, benchè remoti, fossero particolarmente pertinenti e ben noti.L'obiettivo principale è quello di accompagnaregenitori, educatori, insegnanti e formatori nell'utilizzo dei film per l'alfabetizzazione affettiva dei bambini, preadolescenti e adolescenti.
