Bleisure – the combination of leisure time and business travel- and wellness became an important discussion in corporate travel management to combat burnout of employees and decrease employee turnover. Practising outdoor physical activities at the destination can be part of the stress reduction strategies for employees. In this context, the accessibility and attractiveness of urban green infrastructure can facilitate business travellers’ decisions on spending their leisure time on physical activities. Survey research is prepared to understand the preferences of conference and fair attendees and to derive managerial implications for the destination under analysis.
