Some National Collective Labour Agreements provide for the case of severe pathology and life saving therapies, a prerequisite for exceeding the maximum period of absence from work without incurring dismissal. The Authors envisage an interpretation of such cases and the comparison of the provision of the national labour contract with other legislation, propose operational procedures evaluation.
