Abstract

Se reflexiona sobre los siguientes puntos: ¿la reforma de obligaciones y contratos del Código Civil francés colma o no la laguna de formación del contrato que distingue la celebración del contrato?, ¿en qué se diferencia la propuesta u oferta contractual de una declaración o aceptación sobre la celebración de un contrato?, entre otros.

It reflects on the following points: does the reform of obligations and contracts of the French Civil Code fill or not the gap in the formation of the contract that distinguishes the conclusion of the contract? How is the proposal or contractual offer different from a declaration or acceptance on the conclusion of a contract? among others.
