Abstract

Nell'ottica del diritto civile nella legalità costituzionale e partendo dalla centralità della persona nell'ordinamento giuridico, si analizza di forma critica il diritto al'oblio cosí come affrontato e delineato dalla dottrina e dalla giurisprudenza in Brasile e in Italia, mettendo in evidenza la difficoltà di garantire l'effettività di tale diritto nell'attuale società tecnologica.
