La didattica laboratoriale nella formazione dei docenti.

Abstract

Il laboratorio può rappresentare, all’interno dell’azione didattica, sia un ambiente attrezzato sia una vera e propria forma mentis che implica un’interazione diretta con la realtà. I laboratori si propongono come strumenti di trasformazione della conoscenza acquisita in via teorica in competenze pratiche attraverso il learning by doing. Partendo da tali considerazioni, con il presente lavoro si intende evidenziare l’importanza del laboratorio come luogo di formazione dei docenti. Attraverso il presente lavoro, inoltre, analizzando le potenzialità e le criticità della didattica laboratoriale, si cercherà di definire una configurazione di laboratorio in un contesto in cui i progetti di formazione dei docenti, sia iniziale che continua, prevedano il ricorso a tale modalità formativa.
