Abstract

Resumen El deporte es una actividad que contribuye, en muchos aspectos al desarrollo y bienestar de los individuos. En nuestra sociedad las prisiones son un pendiente a tratar en este tema, por ello este capítulo habla de cómo los programas de actividad física y deporte pueden utilizarse como un medio para desarrollar habilidades psicosociales en los prisioneros, así como contribuir a la reducción de sus comportamientos negativos y malos hábitos. Permitiendo en algunos casos, la reintegración del preso a la sociedad. Abstract Sport is an activity that contributes in many aspects to the development and welfare of individuals. In our society, prisons are a pending but relevant issue, so this chapter talks about how physical activity and sports programs can be used to develop psychosocial skills in prisoners, as well as contribute to the reduction of their negative behavior and habits. Allowing in some cases, the reintegration of the prisoner to society.
