Abstract

Gli impianti elettromeccanici per il trasporto delle scocche sono assiemi costituiti da un elevato numero di parti con geometria irregolare e ciò li rende complessi da progettare, costruire e collaudare in tempi estremamente ridotti, quali quelli richiesti in ambito industriale. Pertanto, l'utilizzo di strumenti software di ausilio alla progettazione è sicuramente una strategia vincente per la riduzione dei tempi e, quindi, dei costi di progettazione. Questo lavoro nasce dall’esigenza di una azienda leader nella progettazione e realizzazione di impianti di automazione industriale per la movimentazione ed il trasporto interno di scocche auto di sviluppare metodologie di progettazione 3D per ridurre sensibilmente i tempi di progettazione ed anticipare, prevedendole, le problematiche di produzione, di assemblaggio e funzionali.
