Abstract

«Wohnraum Alpen/Abitare le Alpi», è riflessione interessante e ampia, articolata in un arco temporale decennale (dal 2000 a oggi), dai livelli di comprensione destinati a varie tipologie di visitatori. La rassegna è il frutto di una ricerca biennale, un’analisi puntuale svolta sull’intero arco alpino che prende in considerazione la peculiarità di costruire e risiedere in un territorio affascinante e nello stesso tempo difficile da architettare, per la maggior parte assai lontano dai rumori delle metropoli, costituito da paesini microscopici, minuscole capitali come Lubiana, cittadine relativamente piccole per lo standard di pianura eppur grandi per quello montano come, ad esempio, Grenoble. Da questo lavoro un’équipe di esperti ha distillato gli esempi in mostra. Programmando una sistematica campagna di scatti (durata circa un mese intorno a fine 2009 e affidata a Hartmut Nägele, il quale ha percorso l’intero arco alpino da ovest a est), s’è attentamente evitato di edulcorare la realtà tramite foto compiacenti che restituiscono architetture iperuraniche, aliene dalla quotidianità, fabbricati destinati a riviste patinate e, sovente, ad abitanti facoltosi.
