Abstract

[EN] The project for social housing in Cornellà, conceived by Marta Peris and José Manuel Toral is, first and foremost, a reflection on space. The result of a public competition for social housing announced in 2017, in the area formerly occupied by the Pisa cinema, it is a reasoning guided by a strong awareness of the morphological and economic resources of the context and a deep-rooted knowledge of the specific needs of local people.
